Notarization is a
formal procedure of legalizing documents. Translations
by our company from and into most European and Eastern
languages can be notarized. This requires original
documents or their notarized copies. If you are not able
to personally hand the documents to us in our offices in
Moscow or Kiev, you may send them to us by mail and
receive your notarized documents by return mail.

Proofreading is
correcting misprints, spelling, grammar, and minor
stylistic mistakes. Editing implies checking adequacy of
translation, use of terms, making the style appropriate
for the kind of text, and making it more understandable.
Submit us a translation for an estimate of its adequacy
and style – for free! If the translation is so poor that
we have to correct more than 50% of the words, we charge
it as a new translation work.

We offer every single
thing you need to get localized media at you
convenience: dubbing, voice-over, and subtitling.
In other words, all ways of media localization
are at your choice. When dubbing
we replace the source track with localized one,
which means total substitution of original voice
with another one saying the same words in the
target language. Usually it is hard to notice
that the video had been localized. Voice-over
implies the translated text is read by a professional
reader slightly louder than the original soundtrack.
Another option is subtitling
of your video or translating the subtitles you
have. In case you do not have the film script,
we are ready to transcript
your video from virtually any source language. |

Desktop
publishing. We accept materials for
translation in any format (including scanned). If
you have any requirements regarding layout and/or
formatting for translated documents, you should
notify our manager when placing your order. If you
do not have any special requirements the document
will be delivered to you in MS Word format.
